I love the balance of home life and being outdoors. Most days are spent with my three amazing kids, but I also make time for hiking whenever I can. I’m getting ready to run the London Inclusive Half Marathon, which is a big personal milestone. And a fun throwback – I used to coach youth football for the Sheerness East team.

I know first-hand the barriers that can stand in your way when starting out , from self-doubt to not knowing where to turn for guidance. That’s why I’m passionate about helping 16–23-year-olds overcome those challenges. At Hive Academy, I’ll share the money skills, confidence, and resilience that helped me succeed.

I’m a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and Level 5 CIPD qualified, and I’ve built two successful businesses from the ground up — often in the face of people telling me I couldn’t. In 2024, my team voted for me to win Maidstone’s Best Business Woman, a moment that reminded me of the power of believing in yourself.

As a mentor, I have spent years guiding my teams to grow skills, confidence, and ambition. I believes that understanding your numbers isn’t just about maths, it’s about making confident decisions, spotting opportunities, and shaping the future you want.
